Say NO to Council Bill 26‑0195

Maryland requires the creation of a law allowing ADUs, but only for single- family, detached homes, by October 1. Bill 26-0195 goes far beyond that. It eliminates the right for neighbors to be notified and appeal these proposed changes. And it authorizes the addition of units on rowhouse or semi-detached lots and interior conversions of single-family units from one unit to two. Committee Meeting: Thursday, Sept. 24, 9 a.m. Full Council Vote: as early as Sept. 28. Don't wait.
