Speak out against expanding Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) legislation beyond single-family detached homes to rowhomes and duplexes.
Maryland's ADU law only tells Baltimore to allow ADUs on lots with single-family detached homes. City Council Bill 26-0195 goes further. It goes back to committee on November 5.
